Care Coordinator
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Hours: 9 - 5.30 Monday - Friday with some on call

About the Role of Care Coordinator:
As a Care Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our domiciliary care branch. You'll be responsible for scheduling care visits, supporting care staff, communicating with clients and families, and ensuring our service runs smoothly day to day. This is a role where no two days are the same, and your work genuinely makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator
- Create and maintain efficient rotas to ensure all care visits are covered.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care professionals.
- Respond to changes, emergencies, and short‑notice adjustments with confidence and calm.
- Support care staff with guidance, communication, and problem‑solving.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Participate in on‑call duties as required.
- Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed.

- Experience in domiciliary care or a similar care environment.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
