Manchester City Centre  Office‑based, Monday-Friday

£27,000 basic  £33,000-£34,000 OTE

This is a great opportunity to join a growing recruitment firm in the heart of Manchester as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You'll be the engine behind new business activity-working from warm data, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and booking meetings for the senior sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants a clear pathway into full 360 recruitment or senior sales roles.

What You'll Be Doing

-     Engaging with warm leads and existing data to identify potential hiring needs

-     Making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new opportunities

-     Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for Business Development Managers

-     Building rapport with decision‑makers across multiple industries

-     Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity

-     Supporting wider sales campaigns and contributing ideas to improve outreach

What We're Looking For

-     Experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or customer‑facing roles

-     Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people

-     Target‑driven mindset with resilience and a positive attitude

-     Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own pipeline

-     Ambition to progress within sales or recruitment

What You'll Get
