Our client is a growing, and ambitious technology business that has just had its best year. They're looking to capitalise by adding to their thriving sales team in Manchester, by adding Account Managers.

Account Managers will receive a 1st class training program & expect to be competent in only 3 months. Progression happens every 12 months when you hit target & 33% of advertised roles in this company are filled with internal promotions.

You'll join a lively, social team in Manchester, and work for an impressive Sales Leader who is passionate, loves developing people drives a positive culture, and was promoted internally


The day to day:
* Account Managers will sell to existing & lapsed clients
* Making around 40 calls per day
* You will use a solution-based sales approach & fact find approach
* Understand customer needs, wants, and pain point
* You'll educate customers on products, services & the market
* Manage the entire sales process & control your earnings
* Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales cycle
* The role is autonomous, and you can implement your style to get the best results


The package:
* £30,000 salary
* £45,000 OTE
* £1,000 welcome bonus

Requirements:
Experience in sales is required.
