Time Recruitment are currently working with a long standing client in the insurance industry who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to cover Maternity Leave for a member of their finance team.
The business takes up an interesting role in the insurance claims industry and full training will be provided to the successful applicant. You'll be working in a friendly office under am experienced line manager who will be able to teach you the role.
About the role:
* Handling invoice queries from clients by phone and email.
* Allocation of BACS payments in Sage.
* Running reports and updating spreadsheets.
* Printing and scanning invoices.
* Handling expense accounts.
* Previous experience working in an office environment.
* Knowledge of using Excel spreadsheets
