I am representing a construction main contractor based in Watford, who are looking for an ambitious individual to join the team at Assistant Contracts Manager level.

The candidate will be predominately office based, visiting the site with the Lead Contracts Manager.

The projects will be nationwide so the candidate must be prepared to travel.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaising with the surveyor
Managing sub-contractors
Overseeing paperwork
Weekly site reports
Client communication

Requirements for the role:
3+ years at Assistant Contracts Manager level
Construction background
Happy to travel
Strong IT Skills
