Assistant Project Manager
Droitwich
Full Time Permanent
Office based with site visits to meet clients on a weekly basis within the Midlands region
MUST live 30-45 mins from Droitwich
Sectors: Commercial and Leisure / Fit Out and Refurbishment - Offices, Restaurants
CAT A + B
Duties include: shadowing the director for the first 6 months - 1 year to learn how to tender, deal with procurement, managing full circle projects, organising and liaising with subcontractors, implementing drawings from designers, delivering on projects, programming, building up commercial acumen and liaising with existing and prospective clients, handover.
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 plus package including car allowance, expenses, mileage, annual leave etc.

Start date: June 2023

This role is suitable for Site Managers, recent Graduates or Project Coordinators with fit out experience.
