Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Location: Northwich, CW8

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm

Salary: £24.50 per hour, Paid breaks - equivalent to £50,960 per annum

Time Recruitment are selecting a Clinical Deputy Manager to work at our client's luxury nursing facility based in Northwich.

The home itself has 44 beds and provides dementia, elderly and general nursing care. The home boasts rave reviews on carehome.co.uk with a score of 9.6 and a Good CQC! All shifts are well-staffed, you will be overseeing a team of well-trained nursing, care and support staff.

We are looking for a strong, experienced clinical manager to lead the nursing and care team. You will also have the support of an excellent, clinical Home Manager who has worked her way up from Clinical Lead within the company!

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining the exceptional care standards at our facility.

Your duties will include:

- Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.

- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.

- Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.

- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.

Requirements for the Clinical Deputy Manager include:

- A valid NMC Pin

- Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
