Clinical Lead Location: Great Wyrley, Walsall Salary: £42,500 - £45,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm - fully supernumerary!
Time Recruitment are assisting a leading care provider in Walsall with recruiting an experienced Clinical Lead for a well-established nursing facility who provide nursing care for the elderly and for those suffering with dementia, complex dementia, stroke rehabilitation and enduring mental health.
This outstanding service has been established since 2007 with over 13 years' industry experience as a Clinical Lead will be joining a versatile management team that can support and develop the registered nurse's and non-nursing staff throughout their career.
The Clinical Lead would be a joining an exemplary care team that has excellent longevity, incredible review scores and the best on-site training and development in the area; you will be leading a highly competent team working alongside 3 unit managers, a deputy home manager and a nursing home manager and you will focus on clinical quality checks, quality assurance, safeguarding and all things clinical governance!

We are looking for an NMC registered nurse with some senior nursing/leadership experience for the role, ideally with an interest or passion for dementia nursing care as the service is renowned and specialist within this area; so a dementia knowledge and understanding is key!
