Position: Clinical Lead

Rate: £23 per hour

Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our client's team at their excellent care home based in Romford.

The home is a large, purpose built facility, providing specialist nursing and dementia care to its residents. The Clinical Lead will be play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of care and leading the multidisciplinary team from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertaking both clinical shifts and supervisory duties; a valid NMC pin is essential.
* Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
* Facilitating smooth admissions for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition.
* Leading and managing a dedicated team of care professionals.
* Providing support to staff members in their professional growth through training and guidance.

Requirements:

* A valid NMC Pin
* Experience working with Dementia/Mental Health Care
