I am currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead with prior experience as a Senior Nurse or Deputy Home Manager to work at our client's gorgeous seaside nursing home. This home boasts a 'good' CQC rating in all five categories and is ran by a highly experienced manager and you will be offered an abundance of support in your role as Clinical Lead.

The service has 71 beds and provides elderly/frail and complex care nursing for those with stroke rehabilitation, MS and Parkinson's.

As a Clinical Lead here you will oversee the nursing team and support all the staff in work collaboratively alongside completing the following tasks:

* Clinical governance and auditing
* Staff development
* Rota planning and skill mixing
* Assisting with CQC preparation
* Assisting with assessments
* Resident care
* Family liaison
