Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester Salary: £15.00 per hour Hours of Work:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 13:00

   

• No weekends | Early Friday finish!

️ Role Overview

Join a growing engineering firm in Rochdale as a CNC Laser Tube Cutter Operative, working with advanced laser cutting machinery to produce precision metal components.

This is a hands-on role in a modern workshop with long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Adige, Amada)
• Set up and adjust machine parameters based on job specs
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure quality output
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery

  Strong understanding of technical drawings

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proactive approach and good communication skills
• Forklift or crane experience (preferred)
