Sector: Commercial office fit out & refurbishment
Project values: £100K-£5M
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 plus benefits including car allowance, private healthcare, annual leave, pension contributions, promotion opportunities with training and continued professional development

Duties and Responsibilities

Cradle to grave management of the projects including pricing, subcontractor management, project delivery, budgeting, meeting with clients, multi-project management and handover.

This role is ideal for Contracts or Project Managers with 2-5 years experience who have already worked on commercial fit out projects with similar values.

End of June start available for the right candidate.
