Main Contractor based in the Southeast of England looking to add to the team due to additional work allocation from a longstanding retail client.
Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS (Black), NVQ Level 6 Construction Management or related topic.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client-focused, experienced working on a schedule of rates and retail framework, heavy on subcontractor management, visiting clients across the country and remaining available from time-to-time during unsociable working hours, managing 4-6 projects at a time, creating a project program and updating stakeholders, supply chain management, coordinate health and safety with relevant in-house department, handing over/delivering high volume small value projects on a monthly basis, maintaining project budget and timelines for client.

Candidate requirements

4-5+ years experience at Contracts Manager level
Must have retail fit out or refurbishment experience
Happy to travel nationwide
Hold a valid and clean UK Driving License, SMSTS and CSCS card.
