Contracts manager role

Have to be based no further than 1 Hour away from Stratford upon Avon.

Scope:

- Must be comfortable to oversee 3 projects at a time, Traditionally all fit out.
-Must have Fit out Experience
-Hand in all elements (Materials knowledge, Pricing etc)
-Knowledge of Process through Inception to completion

Projects run from 12 / 16 Weeks.

Office / On site split 50/50

Rate: £295.00 A day LTD Company / Umbrella PAYE
