Location: West Didsbury, Manchester
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
Time Recruitment is working exclusively with a respected legal practice in Manchester to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving real estate team and gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of property transactions.
You'll be working alongside experienced solicitors, assisting with everything from lease drafting to post-completion formalities, while developing your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fee earners with acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, and easements
- Draft and manage legal documentation throughout the property transaction lifecycle
- Conduct title checks, legal research, and Land Registry enquiries
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and contracts for clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with agents, lenders, landlords, tenants, and surveyors
- Handle post-completion tasks including SDLT returns and registration
- Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines using legal case systems
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial property or real estate law
- Solid understanding of landlord & tenant law and property documentation
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Desirable
- Exposure to development projects or property finance
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Experience with complex or high-value transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ambition to build a long-term career in property law
