️ Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee multiple NHS-related construction and maintenance projects running through April. This is a temporary role with immediate start potential, offering flexibility in employment type and a streamlined induction process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate site operations across multiple locations
Supervise joiners, fire stoppers, and other trades on-site
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Liaise with office-based management to align site activities with project goals
Support quick mobilisation and efficient execution of works
Set the tone and expectations during initial site meetings and inductions
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in site supervision or management within construction or maintenance
Strong understanding of fire stopping and joinery works
Ability to manage multiple teams across different locations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment
Available for interview and onboarding early next week
