Customer Service Advisor
£23,000 salary + £26,500 OTE
Manchester City Centre

Our client is an ambitious, and growing buying Manchester City Centre that is expanding its Customer Service team due to high demand & great success. They offer a great culture, which is fun, relaxed, social, and offers clear progression routes from 6 months+. You'll work with a positive, hard-working Manager that values their staff, and used to do this role before being promoted.
The role:
Customer Service Advisors will deal with existing customers, who have queries relating to letters received, who need advice, and who need to make account changes. The role is a 75% phone based, dealing with 40-50 calls per day, and 25% admin based, to clear a caseload. The role is fast paced, varied, and allows you to take ownership of tasks to achieve best outcomes for customers.
The package:
* £23,000 salary
* £300 monthly bonus / £26,500 OTE
* Manchester City Centre office

Requirements:
Experience in customer service is required.
