Customer Service Team Leader
£29,000 + £40,000 OTE
Manchester City Centre
Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week

Our client is a successful, and reputable business in Manchester City Centre that is looking to expand due to recent acquisitions & high demand. They're looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the business to develop & improve their already talented team.

You'll report into a great Manager who is personable, a great communicator, open to new ideas, and allows the autonomy to do things your way. The job:
Customer Service Team Leaders will manage a team of 9 & be responsible for driving team performance. You'll manage & motivate staff daily to achieve targets & KPI's and looking to improve performance on an ongoing basis. You'll have the ability to be creative, implement new ideas, and look to always improve best practice. You'll be involved in hiring staff, and training, and coaching on an ongoing basis.


The package:
* £29,000 salary
* £40,000 OTE
