The service is of a medium size providing 1st class care packages to all their residents. The successful candidate will be an experienced Deputy Home Manager; with a valid NMC Pin and a proven track record of improving standards within a home with an excellent business understanding.

Deputy Home Manager Position Overview: * The ideal deputy home manager will have experience working as deputy home manager, clinical lead or senior nurse * Must have experience in working in elderly care and with advanced dementia * The ideal deputy manager will have experience in safeguarding investigations, risk assessments * Ensure quality person-centred care is consistently delivered and the excellent reputation of the company is maintained. * Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified) * To promote the company values by being an effective communicator * Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
