Deputy Home Manager

Salary: £27.80 per hour + 10% bonus (minimum £52,041.60 per annum)

Hours: Days - 36 or 48 hours - 7am to 7pm

Location: Edwinstowe, Nottingham (NG21)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join a dedicated and passionate care team as a quality led 49 bedded care home near Mansfield; specialising in nursing and dementia nursing care

Key Competencies for the Depuy Home Manager role:

 

- Ability to motivate and support the team

Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Deputy Home Manager role:

 

- Working with the home manager and clinical lead to deliver on clinical excellence

- Supporting and training the care team

- Promoting residents choice, dignity and independence

 

Essential Requirements for the Deputy Home Manager role:

 

- NMC registered

- Minimum 3 years experience in residential/nursing home settings

- 1 years experience in working with dementia residents

- Live locally - 30 minute commute
