We're looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Deputy Home Manager to support the running of our beautiful, purpose-built home in Weymouth. The home offers outstanding care to older people, including those living with dementia, in a warm and welcoming environment.

About the role:
As Deputy Home Manager, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home. You'll lead by example on the floor, inspire and support the care and clinical teams, and help drive high standards across care delivery, compliance, and resident experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Home Manager:
- Supporting with the overall management and leadership of the home
- Providing clinical oversight and maintaining the highest standards of care
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing care team
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes
- Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies
✅ What we're looking for:
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin
- Proven leadership experience in a nursing home or similar setting
- Strong clinical knowledge, with a focus on safe, person-centred care
- A confident, compassionate leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
