Time Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Home Manager for an outstanding residential, respite & specialist dementia nursing home in Derby. The home is part of a leading Mental Health care provider with multiple services across the UK. With many successful facilities, and over 30 years of establishment, they have a refined support system in place allowing their employees to develop to the next level. With a GOOD CQC rating and a luxurious, spacious working environment, you will be a Deputy Home Manager in a well-established, robust nursing home with a stable and highly skilled team.

Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager: * Experience within a dementia service * RMN qualified (RMN desirable) * 2 years experience within a mental health service is desirable * Able to demonstrate values and a commitment to leading and supporting a diverse team
