This position offers flexibility, enabling you to work from home with minimal visits to the Yeovil office and occasional site or client meetings across the UK. Position Overview:
As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in estimating and managing the costs of construction and fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include providing estimates for new project tender opportunities and working collaboratively with the existing client base and supply chain to expand workstreams. You should have demonstrable experience within the construction or fit-out industries, an ability to understand and interpret drawings and designs, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for new project tender opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to develop workstreams.
- Interpret drawings and designs to create take-offs and schedules of work.
- Manage and coordinate estimates for multiple projects.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in estimation and cost management within construction or fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of the Commercial or Retail sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong digital skills for estimating software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and site visits.
