Estimator Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects. Collaborate with the project team and contribute to bid submissions. Assist with project cost control and budget management. Support the Co-Director and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Proven experience in commercial and industrial projects (healthcare experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of estimating principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and workload efficiently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
