£30,000-£40,000 basic with achievable £50,000-£55,000 OTE

We are looking to hire a Fleet Insurance Broker to join an independent brokerage within their most successful department. They have been operating for over 15 years and growing organically to over 50 staff, they have over £16 million GBP in premiums across the business which grows every year. They offer a great working environment, great payment structure with an ability to progress quickly and an extremely low turnover rate within their Fleet Department where they haven't had a leaver for years!

The role as a Fleet Insurance Broker

- Advising on motor fleet policies by carrying out presentations with customers from warm leads purchased from sources that have been pre-qualified.
- Broking policies across the market using over 20 different Insurers, ranging from manual portals to the Acturis driven quotes. Whilst also looking within Lloyds market where appropriate
- Carrying out mid-term adjustments, actioning any client requests and passing over any non-wheels-based requirements to their internal Commercial Property Team.

- 9am - 5.30pm hours with no late hours or weekends
- Onsite parking
- Office based role
- Based in Stockport/South Manchester
