Location: Manchester - Travel nationwide to be expected
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, Car allowance Holidays: 26 days, plus bank holidays 6k car allowance Company provide accommodation travel when working away & Mileage expenses covered at 20p per mile Candidate must be willing to travel and also open to the possibly of staying overnight - they have sites across the uk e.g. london and peterborough provided - mileage paid
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 09:00am - 05:30PM they are flexible this could be 08:00am - 04:30pm They offer hybrid working - office days are expected to be 2/3 days a week
Job Description: My client are seeking an experienced H&S Advisor to oversee office fit-out and refurbishment projects across the North West. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale building projects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Auditing construction sites - Experience in h&s in construction - Managing policies and procedure - Undertaking orders - desktop orders - Handling training - Making Presentations for the contractors and teams - Cost assessments and risk assessments
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years' experience as H&S Advisor level. - Experience in office fit-outs and building projects. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Nebosh certification. - Based in or local to Manchester, with a willingness to travel the UK.
