Head of Care (Nursing Home Manager)
Location: Battersea, London
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Full time, days only

Head of care required for an award-winning provider offers five-star accommodation and has been recognised over the last few years as a specialist in their luxury field.

This service, located in central London overlooking Battersea Park is a boutique nursing home with 27 luxurious suites offering nursing and palliative care as well as convalescence, post-operative care, physio rehabilitation and holiday stays.

The successful Head of Care will need to have experience as a Nursing Home Manager in an elderly nursing home with a proven track record of achieving successful CQC ratings.

Head Of Care Requirements
* Be nurse qualified, with an active NMC pin
* Will support the general manager in the daily running of the luxurious apartments and will take full responsibility for the 27 bedded nursing home
* Must be very team orientated
* Excellent communication skills
* Support with training
* Fair but assertive approach who is not afraid to challenge others
* The successful head of care is required to have Home Management experience within a nursing home setting
* CQC and safeguarding competent

Head of Care Position Remuneration
* 33 days annual leave
* NMC pin paid
* Pay review after a successful probation
