Position: Home Manager
Location: Yeovil
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: 70k+

Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate robust leadership to our team of nurses, caregivers, and support staff, cultivating a constructive and collaborative workplace atmosphere.
* Guarantee consistent delivery of the highest care standard to residents, in compliance with all regulatory demands and adhering to best practices.
* Give precedence to the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents by devising personalised care blueprints and monitoring their advancements.
* Construct and maintain open lines of communication with families of residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their active participation in care strategies.
* Manage the nursing home's budget, resources, and fiscal performance in an efficient manner.
* Ensure full conformity with pertinent regulations, policies, and protocols within the healthcare sector.
* Recognise avenues for refinement and institute tactics to elevate the calibre of care and services provided.
Requirements:
* Valid NMC pin
* 5 years care home management experience
