They are looking for someone to join their highly successful Litigation department dealing with recoveries on the defendant side. Our client is a top 20 UK law firm who have exceptional progression opportunities.

What we are looking for within the role:
* The ability to effectively manage a caseload to ensure court deadlines and targets are met.
* Effective telephone skills and the ability to negotiate effectively to agree to an appropriate settlement.
* File handling experience within a law practice or insurer. (Defendant litigation experience would be preferred)
* Experience taking witness statements.

The Package:
* Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break, with only 3 day in the office per week
* 35 hours per week
* Working for a successful, world renowned company
* £25,000
