Time Recruitment is assisting a specialist provider of care that operate exclusively in West Midlands and Yorkshire offering specialist enduring mental health and dementia nursing care across their 5 exemplary services; we are aiding in their search for a Staff Nurse on nights.

They specialise in offering personalised and designed care with purpose built buildings for mental health support and an industry leading MDT on site consisting of psychologists, OT's, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists so as a Staff Nurse here you can be guaranteed support from this team and work alongside a matron (RMN trained) and registered manager (RGN trained)

The service is an enduring mental health service for those with dementia and other conditions relating to cognitive changes such as Alzheimer's, Frontotemporal, Lewy Body, Mixed Dementias, Picks Disease and Vascular Dementia

As a Staff Nurse here you will work with exceptional staff nurse to patient ratio's with 1 nurse to 16 residents and 1 nurse on every single unit; ensuring you have plenty of support of other nurses and a higher number of support staff.

They typically support the aging population so end of life care can come into the role as well but the role is largely ensuring mental health and advanced dementia care across their 2 units.

We are looking for a natural leader for the Staff Nurse role and someone who is passionate about dementia nursing/enduring mental health care with ideas to develop clinical care in this area; so we require a RGN/RMN or RNLD nurse with a valid NMC pin for the role.

You will be fully endorsed in a management capacity; so your NVQ level 5 in leadership and management and mentorship qualifications will be paid for and endorsed from the offset.
