Registered Nurse required. My client is an award winning provider of specialist nursing care for adults living with a range of complex needs. Currently in a period of growth this company has over 35 homes across the country and over 95% of them have a good or outstanding rating with CQC. This service based in Ellesmere Port, provide support for 20 adults across 2 units. Register Nurse Position Requirements: * Registered Nurse with Valid Pin * Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice * Proven track record of person-centred care planning * Experienced leader and mentor * A passion for delivering high standards of care
