REGISTERED NURSE
Congleton / £21 for Days & £23ph for Nights / Paid Breaks

My client is a family owned and run healthcare provider with 8 care homes across the country, established in 1988 they have over 30 years' of experience in the sector and employ over 650 people. Each home has a very close, family environment, with an ethos based on quality, trust and support. This new, absolutely stunning home has 78 beds providing care for elderly people, with an in-house gastro-pub including pub garden, a spa, a café, gym and a corner shop for residents to enjoy and continue living an independent and fulfilling life.
Days - £21 ph
Nights - £23 ph

Duties for the Registered Nurse:
* To promote independence, improve mobility in our elderly residents
* To lead, motivate and mentor your staff team, deliver guidance, training and development opportunities to ensure work practices are safe and conform to standards
* Focus not only on the physical ailments associated with aging, but also with mental impairments
* Identify client's care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual residents and other relevant persons
* Carry out regular checks on Clients at intervals determined by the Home Manager
* Ensure that Clients' Care Plans are completed and maintained and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy
* Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company's procedure and NMC guidelines

Requirements for the Registered Nurse:
* Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
* Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
* Proven track record of person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* A passion for delivering high standards of care
