Scope of Works

1. Wall Preparation & Painting

• Surface: Standard plaster-finished walls
• Preparation:
• Filling of holes and surface imperfections
• Sanding to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish

• Finish:
• Application of off-white acrylic eggshell paint
• Two coats minimum, ensuring even coverage and clean edges

   

  2. Woodwork Preparation & Painting

  • Surfaces: Skirting boards, architraves, and window sills
  • Preparation:
  • Sanding and cleaning of all woodwork
  • Priming where necessary

   

• Finish:
• Application of white gloss paint
• High-quality, durable finish with attention to detail

   

  3. Vaulted Ceiling Painting

  • Surface: Vaulted ceiling (see provided photos)
  • Preparation:
  • Dusting and cleaning of ceiling surface
  • Spot filling and sanding if required

   

• Finish:
• Application of white ceiling paint
• Two coats minimum for full coverage

   

• Access:
• Tower scaffold to be provided by the client

   

  Materials

  • Off-white acrylic eggshell (walls)
  • White gloss (woodwork)
  • White ceiling paint
  • All necessary fillers, primers, sandpaper, masking materials, and sundries

   

  Health & Safety

  • All work to comply with current Health & Safety regulations
  • Area to be kept clean and safe throughout the project
  • Appropriate signage and ventilation to be maintained
  • Use of tower scaffold to follow safe working at height procedures
    
    ** YOU WILL NEED A PASMA TO WORK OFF A TOWER AND A DBS **
