We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our client's small, dedicated team at an E-Liquid manufacturing facility. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating the boxing machine, manually filling various-sized bottles with E-liquids, and contributing to the smooth and efficient production process. Operating the Boxing Machine: Manually add 10ml bottles to the boxing machine and collect them from the other end once they are boxed. Ensure the machine functions correctly during the process. 2. Manual Filling: Accurately fill E-liquids into different sized bottles, such as 10ml and 30ml, following specific guidelines and quality standards. 3. Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on filled bottles to ensure they meet the required specifications. 4. Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. 5. Training: Participate in comprehensive training upon arrival to understand the production process and safety procedures thoroughly. 6. Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and timelines, maintaining high productivity levels throughout the day. 7. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with hygiene standards in line with food production environment rules. 8. Physical Demands: Be prepared to be on your feet for a significant portion of the day while performing various tasks. Working Hours: Follow the working hours of 06:00 - 14:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break from 10:30 - 11:00. Dress Code: Clean clothing. Wear safety shoes during working hours. Avoid wearing makeup, jewellery (except wedding rings), or piercings to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Hairnets, beard snoods and overalls are to be provided by the client. Water Consumption: Drink water only from sealed bottles or sports bottles while in the production area. Pay rate - £10.42 per hour. Overtime £11.67. Overtime is anything worked over 37.5 hour is overtime. Requirements: 1. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, especially in a role involving manual tasks and attention to detail. 2. Safety-Conscious: Must prioritize safety and always adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. 3. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods throughout the workday. 4. Team Player: Work collaboratively with the small team, effectively communicating to ensure smooth operations. 5. Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for meeting production demands. 6. Adaptability: Be open to learning new tasks and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
