Candidates must be located 1 hour from Wakefield max
Sector: Leisure and Hospitality
Nationwide travel
Fast Track fit out/refurbishment
Project values: £50K-£1M
Start date: June/July 2023
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 plus package including car allowance and other benefits

Duties/Responsibilities: client management, pricing and finance, reviewing final accounts alongside the QS, managing 2-3 projects at a time, programming, travelling onsite, liaising with subcontractors, keeping the project within budget for the client and final account, working with the SM to ensure project is on track etc

This is the ideal role for someone with at least 4-5 years experience working on hospitality-based fit out/refurbishment projects, who are happy to travel across the UK on a weekly basis and are looking for their next challenge.
