Time Recruitment are looking to speak with Construction Project Managers who are looking for a new opportunity that are based in the Northwest or Yorkshire area.

Project Manager Small-medium sized Design & Build Contractor specialising in fit out and refurbishment projects Full Time Permanent role Mixture of remote working and visiting sites nationwide All equipment provided Sector: Retail and Shopfitting - mixture of bespoke and framework projects Project values: £200K-£2M Qualifications needed: SMSTS, CSCS (BLack), First Aid at Work £50,000-£60,000 plus car allowance and benefits/package
Duties include:
- Scoping and visiting sites - Overseeing the progress of 3-5 jobs at a time - Following project budgets and timelines in accordance with the existing framework agreement with the client - RAMS - Reporting and updating progression on internal and external databases - Daily use of Microsoft Projects and Excel - Programming and producing phasing plans - Subcontractor management and coordination - Client liaison and management - Overseeing 3-5 projects at a time - Working within a live retail environment - Pricing and costing projects during initial planning and throughout including variations to costs etc
Candidate requirements:
- Must have experience in Construction Project Management, ideally between 5+ years in a similar role - Trade background preferred - Joiner/Carpenter - Live within the Northwest or Yorkshire area and be happy to travel to site multiple times a week - ESSENTIAL that applicants can price, scope or cost works
Interviews will be conducted over Microsoft Teams. Initially with line manager and then director in the office.
