About the Role: My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee joinery projects for prestigious clients within the industry.
You will be responsible for managing projects across various sectors including the Public, Retail, Leisure and Commercial Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee joinery packages ranging from £50,000 to £3M. Programming: Utilize MS Excel for project programming. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Resource Planning: Efficiently allocate resources to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. Programme Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Reporting: Conduct regular project reports and updates for stakeholders. Site Liaison: Work closely with site managers to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements:
Trade Background: Must be a joiner by trade. Experience: Proven experience in project management within the joinery sector. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel Communication: Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Benefits:
