Full Time Perm
Office-based role and visiting sites 3 days a week
Must be within 45 mins of the office
Project values £10K-£3M
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 plus package including company car or allowance, pension, private healthcare and annual leave.

Our client is looking to expand the existing team of 3 Project Managers due to a heavy workload from a successful round of tendering.

Duties: Pricing, costing, visiting sites, programming, subcontractor management, health & safety, risk assessments, delivery of 3-5 projects at a time, client liaison and building the account up, handover

Candidate requirements

Must living within 45 minute drive of Leicestershire office
Happy travelling nationwide - larger volume of projects in the West Midlands and London area
Ideally from a trade background
Must have shopfitting history
4+ years experience at Project Manager level

Interviews will be conducted week commencing 9th October 2023
