We are representing a Fit Out and Refurbishment specialist contractor based in the West Midlands. With 20 years experience, they are a family-ran and managed business working across the private healthcare, hospitality, leisure, commercial and industrial sectors.

Project values from £250K-£3M
Full Time Permanent
Nationwide travel
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 plus car allowance and package

Duties/Responsibilities

Producing and distributing program
Overseeing small team of CMs
Client facing and senior levels of client management to increase profits
Subcontractor management
Upholding company policies and procedures in line with current legislation Understanding and carrying out works in a sterile environment ready for the end-user
Ordering materials
Managing procurement
Overseeing 2-3 projects at a time
Visiting sites
Monitoring the progress of the job and pushing it forward to maintain deadlines and budgets

Candidates must have 2-3+ years experience at Project Manager level, have a SMSTS qualification and be based within 1 hour of Walsall. Driving license required.
