Multi package project including M+E Package included that will need overseeing.

Newcastle upon Tyne

Must have:

· Experience within hotel refurbishment is essential and must be able to display specific projects.
· Experience on listed buildings.
· Experience in delivery high end Joinery.
· Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
· Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.

Rate: £290.00 LTD Company / Umbrella PAYE
