We are representing a specialist fit out contractor who deliver on high-quality construction projects for leisure and hospitality clients nationwide.
They are keen to appoint a Project Manager before Christmas.
Role: Project Manager (Construction)
Office Location: West Yorkshire
Type: Full Time Permanent Role
Travel Required: Nationwide
Sectors: Leisure, Hospitality, Food & Beverage
Fast Track Fit Out & Refurbishments with projects lasting anywhere between 2 and 12 weeks each
Project Values: £50K-£800K
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 plus package including car allowance and benefits
Start date: December 2023
Duties and Responsibilities
Meeting with the client
Liaising with internal and external design teams to ensure delivery on client requirements
Procurement of materials and overseeing supply chain
Obtaining quotes from subcontractors and organising works
Creating, editing and distributing the project program and ensuring this is remains in-line with preset timelines and budgets
Overseeing the financial and commercial duties
Responsibility to increase profitability on projects managed
Reporting and hosting progress presentations with clients and other stakeholders.
Must be based within 1-1.5 hours of Wakefield
3+ years experience at Project Manager level working on hospitality and leisure jobs
Fast track shopfitting experience
Happy to travel nationwide
Costing and pricing experience desirable
