Project Manager
Design & Build Fit Out Contractor
Nationwide travel
Sectors: Retail
Remote working and visiting sites weekly
Project values: £50K-£200K
Full Time Permanent
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 plus car allowance and package

Duties/Responsibilities

Meeting with the client
Liaising with the design and commercial team
Pricing and costing the project
Scoping and surveying
logistics and supply chain management
Managing 3-5 projects at a time
Creating and distributing the project program
Maintaining project deadlines and budgets in line with targets
Striving to increase profitability
Overseeing H&S and ensuring projects are up to date with current legislation
Handover
