Due to business expansion and a growing workload, they are excited to announce new opportunities for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their small and dynamic team.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Oversee and manage 2-3 projects concurrently, typically at the midway stage. Work primarily in the office, with occasional site visits (approximately once a week or as needed). Collaborate with the Co-Director and provide necessary support. Utilize your extensive industry knowledge to contribute to project success.
Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Proven experience in commercial and industrial projects (healthcare experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of quantity surveying (QS) or estimating principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and workload efficiently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
