Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Primarily office-based role (approximately 70%), with regular site visits (approximately 30%). Manage financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost control and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with project teams to analyze and meet project requirements. Conduct site visits for inspections and progress tracking. Work closely with the Estimator and other team members.
Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong understanding of construction practices, particularly refurbishments. Knowledge of a range of sectors, including warehouses, offices, and others. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Availability for reasonable out-of-hours interviews and in-office interviews.
