Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Diss, Norfolk

Salary: £23 per hour

Time Recruitment is proud to be working with a established care provider with a portfolio of care homes across England, providing nursing, residential and dementia care. The client is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their reputable care home located in Diss, Norfolk.

 

The home offers the highest-quality of nursing, residential and dementia care to up to 53 residents. It boasts from an excellent, caring staff team alongside a dedicated and supportive Home Manager. It is rated good with the CQC and has strong links with the local community. Both RGNs and RMNs are welcome to apply.

Duties for the Registered Nurse:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with the latest best practices and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with residents, their families, and the multi-disciplinary team to develop care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs

- Prioritize resident dignity and privacy, while promoting independence and choice

- Oversee medicine management in compliance with legal and professional standards

- Safeguard and promote the welfare of the residents in your care

 

Registered Nurse Requirements:

- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), with a valid NMC pin

- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and NMC code of practice

- Proven experience in person-centred care planning
