RMN Nurse £21.00 - £22.00 per hour Aberdare, Cardiff (CF44) Full time - 40 hours per week
This is a highly successful service that has been in operation providing mental health excellence for over 20 years; with long standing; dedicated and loyal staff to support you as a RMN Nurse here.
The group are a nationwide established specialist mental health and learning disability provider; the service is located in the Cynnon Valley area not far from Merthyr Tydfil.
The team are specialists in rehabilitation and recovery for people with complex, severe and enduring mental health challenges; service users coming from medium/low secure hospitals, PICU or the criminal justice system.
Registered for up to 10 male service users aged between 18-60 years old who have a primary diagnosis of acute mental health issues or personality disorder or conditions that co-exist with learning disabilities/ASD and for service users who have been disengaged or failed to work with treatment services in the past.
Your role as a RMN Nurse will be to encourage independence and assist with coping in a community setting; you will be well supported as the RMN Nurse to patient ratio's here are exemplary and they promote a nurse led service.
The team are well established with RMN Nurses working here 10 + years, there is 2 Staff Nurses on during the day; a deputy manager and a service manager so support is guaranteed.
With a dedicated training centre you will fulfil your CPD potential here whilst working with content service users in a relaxed residential mental health/LD setting.
