Position: Senior Care Assistant

Salary: £13.50 per hour (Equivalent to £23,166 annually)
Hours: 33 hours

Time Recruitment are currently seeking senior care assistants to join a prominent regional care provider in the northwest. The residential care home has a 39-bed capacity and is used for both respite and as a 'forever home'

Job description:
- Manage the care team and ensure CQC guidelines are adhered to
- maintain high standard of care to the residents
- instruct new staff members and develop them to contribute to the quality of the care home.

Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 in health and social care is essential
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role within healthcare
- have excellent communication and written skills
- must work well under pressure
- flexible to the demands of the home
