This is a Roaming PM role, so candidates must be happy to work onsite
Main Contractor
Fit Out/Refurbishment/Construction
Sector: General Works and Distribution Centres
Project Values: £2M-£8M
Candidates with Tier 1 Main Contractor experience is desirable
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 plus package

Duties include:

Predevelopment - feasibility sign offs, liaising with the design team, attending site to survey and meet with client beforehand throughout preconstruction phase.
Some degree of tendering
Scoping
Programming
Overseeing sites
Client management
Strong communication skills
Managing 2-4 projects at a time higher in value
