Service Delivery Coordinator

 Bury, Manchester

Salary: Up to £27,000 + Yearly Bonus

An established and growing business is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join its customer experience team. This role involves managing client accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Role

- Act as the primary contact for key accounts.

- Handle and resolve a variety of account queries efficiently.

- Oversee tenancy change processes within agreed timelines.

- Continuously develop service offerings to enhance client experience.

- Manage billing queries and provide accurate reporting.

- Support the rollout of key operational programs, addressing challenges proactively.

- Ensure the accuracy of essential data for clients and stakeholders.

- Assist with launching new products and services through effective communication.

- Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.

- Deliver exceptional after-sales support and customer care.

- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reporting.

- Attend off-site client meetings when required.
