Working foreman role

Length of project: 12 weeks

Twilight shift: 17:00 - 03:30

Monday - Thursday

Rate: £280.00 - £310.00 x 4.5 days (Clients pay for an extra half Day for not working on the Friday.)

Expectations:

- Managing subcontractors
- Ensure all paperwork is in order.
- Emailing nightly updates
- Complete Full hours specified (17:00 - 03:30)
- Housekeeping - Hoovering, wiping over etc
- Core drilling internal holes (we have a specific team to carry out the more complexed drilling).
- Boxing in
- Sanding, filling, painting
- Joinery work if possible


Certs Required:

SMSTS, 1st aid, Asbestos awareness
